No Refunds, But We Still Have Manners
At Spectrum Roast, every order is made, packed, or fulfilled with care, and sometimes with the emotional support of coffee.
Because our products may include coffee, consumable goods, made-to-order items, and print-on-demand merchandise, all sales are generally final once an order is placed.
That means:
No returns for buyer’s remorse.
No refunds because you changed your mind.
No takebacks because your cart got a little too confident.
Coffee & Consumable Products
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee, food-related products, or any consumable item once it has shipped.
Ordered the wrong roast?
You may have just found your neighbor’s new favorite coffee. Look at you building community.
Didn’t love the flavor?
Taste is personal. Coffee has range. So do people.
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
Many Spectrum Roast products are made to order through trusted fulfillment partners. Because these items are created specifically after purchase, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- wrong size selected
- wrong color selected
- change of mind
- accidental orders
- buyer’s remorse
- preference-based issues
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Your cart is powerful. Use it wisely.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Now, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, Spectrum Roast may offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items unless required by law or unless a replacement is not available.
Shipping Issues
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are partly outside of our control. However, we will do our best to help with tracking or support when possible.
Spectrum Roast is not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- packages marked delivered by the carrier
- stolen packages
- weather delays
- holiday delays
- customs delays for eligible international orders
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Your package cannot follow good intentions to the wrong porch.
Order Cancellations
Because some items move quickly into production or fulfillment, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible at:

Shipping Delays
If an item cannot ship within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or in our shipping policy, we will follow applicable law and provide available options when required.
