• Delivery Time: Domestic orders usually arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

• Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over $50. Under $50? Pay the shipping fee—we’re not Amazon.

• Lost Packages: If your coffee vanishes en route, contact us. We’ll file a claim and try to get you a replacement, but refunds? Still not a thing here.
