Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the beautiful coffee regions of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, this medium roast delivers a naturally smooth cup with tasting notes of caramel, bright citrus, and a clean silky finish. It is rich enough to feel like a real coffee moment, but gentle enough for evening sipping, slow mornings, or those “I want coffee, but I also want to sleep like I have responsibilities tomorrow” moments.

Crafted from Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor coffee varieties, these beans are grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil, then fully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process - a chemical-free method that helps preserve flavor while removing caffeine.

This is decaf with dignity. Smooth, balanced, flavorful, and absolutely not here to be treated like coffee’s backup dancer.
